We love animals and we want them to love us back. So we are part of the “Fear Free” movement. This means we do things differently at Kincardine Veterinary Services. We always use pheromones to help de-stress our patients. We take our time and let them get to know us. We make our clinic as comfortable as we can for them. We manage their anxiety until they can learn to trust us. We take extraordinary care to not hurt them, using Emla cream to numb prior to vaccines, blood collection, and IV catheter placement. And sometimes oral pain medications too. We want happy patients, so we work hard to develop them.
