In Hours
During regular office hours if you find yourself experiencing an emergency call our clinic number (519)-396-2071 immediately. Once connected, our team will asses the situation and arrange for urgent care.
Out of Hours Weekdays
Should you have an emergency outside of regular office hours simply call our clinic phone (519)-396-2071 and you will be directed to SmartVet, our trusted online answering service, where you will receive prompt assistance. From there you will either have a virtual consultation with a licensed veterinarian or be transferred to our on-call team or one of the partner clinics for further care and guidance.
Out of Hours Weekends
We are pleased to inform you that, there is now a new local emergency veterinary clinic available on the weekends to help with your pet’s urgent care needs. If you experience an emergency outside of regular office hours on the weekend (Friday 6:00 PM – Monday 6:00 AM) you can now contact: Bluewater Veterinary Emergency Clinic.
